Ryan speaks about his transition from being a trained clinician in the mental health industry to becoming the business development director at Kellogg Insurance. Ryan shares his passion for helping people and his focus on referral partnerships for agents, specifically through the program he created called RX Assistant. This program connects independent agents with independent pharmacies to educate consumers about Medicare.

 

Ryan emphasizes the importance of building relationships and providing value to pharmacies without charging them. He also discusses the benefits of collaboration between agents, pharmacists, and consumers, resulting in client retention and revenue generation for pharmacies. Additionally, Ryan introduces the Collective Care Assistant and Family Care Assistant programs, which extend the relationship-based approach to dental offices, funeral homes, and property and casualty offices. The episode highlights the growing need for Medicare assistance due to the increasing number of individuals turning 65, and the significance of trust and service in the industry.
